All sales are final after dispatch. We do not accept returns for changes of mind, ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product.

We offer a refund or replacement for an accepted claim involving a lost shipment, damage on arrival or a product shipped incorrectly.

Email support@edpurity.com promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where applicable. Keep the packaging and affected items while we review your claim. Do not return anything without our authorization.

We cover shipping for approved replacements and any return we require for an accepted claim. Approved refunds include the affected product price, related tax and applicable shipping charges, and normally go to the original payment method.

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately. If we cancel your order before shipping, we refund all amounts collected for it.

Nothing in this policy excludes remedies for defective or otherwise nonconforming goods, or other rights required by applicable law.
