ED PURITY LLC ships within the United States to approved business and laboratory research accounts.

Orders ship within two business days after we receive the information and any agreed payment needed to fulfill the order. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are confirmed before an order is accepted. Delivery time is additional to processing time. Express shipping does not shorten processing time unless agreed in writing.

If dispatch is delayed, we will notify you and offer a revised shipping date or cancellation with a refund for the unshipped items.

If your shipment is lost, damaged or contains the wrong product, contact support@edpurity.com. We will investigate and resolve accepted claims under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please provide an accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery may be your responsibility, where permitted by law.
